Adam L. Prossin, Esq., who is the Principal Attorney and the founder of the Prossin Law Firm has been a practicing attorney since 1994. Mr. Prossin has been the proprietor of his own law firm for the majority of the time he has been in the practice of law. He is a member of the State Bar in both Washington & California as well as The United States District Court, Western District of Washington, The United States District Court, Southern District of California & The United States Tax Court. He is also a FIBA approved international basketball player agent as a licensed attorney and is certified as an agent with the Korean Basketball Federation.

Mr. Prossin is originally from Nova Scotia, Canada. He has lived in the United States in the Seattle, Washington area (Issaquah & Bellevue) & San Diego, California since 1991. In his youth, Adam was very active playing and enjoying many sports including hockey, basketball, football, baseball, softball, golf, soccer, tennis and racquetball (also we can’t forget badminton, ping pong, billiards, darts and bowling). He has experience as a player, coach, referee, official and league administrator. Even though Adam has had experiences in a many sports, when it comes to his own athletic competition his first instinct is to lace up the skates and go play some ice hockey. Adam still plays competitive ice hockey in men’s leagues in the Seattle area and he competes in tournaments throughout the year.

After completing high school Adam L. Prossin attended The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada where he received his first bachelor degree, his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science. He then became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. After a career in real estate sales and marketing Adam decided to go back to university to become an attorney. 

His next step was to complete his studies toward another bachelor degree, his Bachelor of Science in Law (B.S.L.) at Western State University in San Diego, CA. Adam then completed his studies toward his Juris Doctor, (J.D.- law degree) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California.

After law school, & a few years of working as a practicing attorney, Adam decided to pursue another degree, his 4th. He then studied at Golden Gate University, School of Law in San Francisco, California where he received an advanced Law Degree, a Master of Laws in Taxation, (LL.M. Taxation) while still working as a practicing attorney during his studies.

Mr. Prossin’s background as an attorney includes business law, family law, estate planning, taxation, real estate (including construction related), sports law, contracts, international law, immigration law, traffic law and alternate dispute resolution (Mediation, Arbitration etc.). This vast experience would benefit you greatly as various issues develop that would call for the counseling and advice of a legal professional that would help you plan your path to success and achieve the results you are seeking.
